About Me

With 5 years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine, I have always brought top patient care whether it was working in a high pace emergency and critical care setting or in general practice settings to help fill the gaps in times of staffing shortages. With certificates in Fear Free, PennHip, and RECOVER ALS/BLS training, I can help your team provide excellent patient care and top quality medicine. With multiple degrees in veterinary medicine, I can provide advanced knowledge to your team centered on  teamwork and attention to detail while ensuring that gaps in your staff are filled.

What is a Relief Veterinary Technician?

A relief veterinary technician is a certified veterinary technician that is used by clinics to help fulfill short-term staffing shortages without affecting your payroll budget. Hiring and training of new staff typically costs a clinic around $60,000 and with burn out at an all time high due to staffing shortages, relief veterinary technicians help to fill staffing shortages to keep vet staff happy during increasing demand.

With years of experience in different settings and different software platforms, I integrate seamlessly into your current practice to help relieve the stress of increased case load.

With years of experience and advanced schooling, I bring opportunities to help your team learn and grow. Priding myself in educating others, using low-stress handling, and top-level patient care, I will help to provide coverage for vacations, sick days, emergency cases, and complicated anesthetic cases. I carry my own professional liability insurance and dosimeter for radiation monitoring.
